Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient facility-related services.
- Monitor and report on facility usage, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Support the implementation of health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and meetings, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available.
- Respond to facility-related inquiries and requests from staff, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and operations activities.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools is desirable.
