We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office/Sales Executive to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing excellent customer service and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist customers with their orders ( Not a customer facing role )
- Answer phone calls, manage enquiries and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Help grow the business by calling customers within our database ( no cold calling )
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
- Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Provide general clerical support including typing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Ensure the front office area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of computerised systems, including Microsoft Office and Sage desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
