ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (EXECUTIVE TEAM) - EH0300
Full time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Grade 2 – £25,671 - £27,410 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Executive Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone that is looking for their first time job or looking for a career change.
To provide fast paced administrative support to various Executive Support Team, made up of PAs and EAs, who in turn support the Senior Leadership Team. You will need to be able to demonstrate a commitment to embrace change and improve service delivery; the ability to develop and sustain excellent working relationships with staff throughout the Council; an underlying desire for accuracy and high standards; and the ability to offer a comprehensive customer focused service.
To enable you to deliver to service levels, the role will be on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week (Wednesday and Thursday). You will have a flexible, friendly and helpful attitude at all times, and have the ability to work as part of a team are essential requirements for this position.
