WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
Planning – you will be project managing accounts with cricket and football partnerships with activations to be delivered during the Hundred and various football calendars. Your clients will vary from major Global Software and Solutions to FMCG so we expect you to be proactive in your ability to plan and agile in your ability to deliver. You will deliver project plans from start to finish to take part in brainstorms, be creative, call on any industry knowledge, be able to assist in creating decks and be aware of budgets and feasibility
Rights Management - you will be responsible for managing the rights of these UK partnerships across multiple competitions with peak seasons. Attention to detail to manage rights access and approval processes will be an integral part of this role
Implementation – you will be integral to bringing the plans to life, the main point of contact for all suppliers, you will need to write briefs, assist with content creation whilst working as part of an All Agency team and ensuring approvals from all parties. We expect you to be available during peak seasons, including the Hundred through August to deliver at matches across the UK. Weekend work will be necessary
Evaluation and review – you will support in the collation of results and creation of evaluation documents providing point of views and insights
Client / Account Management
Efficient meeting management, preparation and write up of notes and actions
Effective management of regular project and status meetings with clients (and external agencies where relevant)
Effective management of own relationships with suppliers, all agencies, clients and partners
Assistance with content creation, brand merchandise and toolkits
Assistance with financial elements of accounts – budgeting, PO’s, supplier invoicing/cost management
Event activation – involved in all aspects of the events from venue sourcing, staffing, branding, to creative execution, on-site support and main point of contact for suppliers
Self / Team Management
Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint
Upwardly manage communication and information flow to line manager and account team
Develop and maintain an understanding of market trends for client’s business
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
Experience within a similar role [agency-based] is preferred but not essential
Experience working on large global brands is preferred but not essential
Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines
Good communication skills – verbal and written
Creative thinking
Attention to detail
Knowledge of, and passion for, sport is a bonus
Open to feedback from clients and colleagues
