We are expanding and are currently hiring Events Assistants to join our growing team after a very successful launch in the heart of Leeds . This is an in-person role involving face-to-face interaction with customers at events, exhibitions, and promotional sites.
As an Events Assistant, you will represent well-known brands, provide information about products and services, and help customers make informed decisions. This position is well-suited to individuals who enjoy engaging with the public and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers at events and promotional setups
- Share accurate information about products and services
- Help match products or services to customer needs
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with setting up and packing down event spaces
- Accurately record customer interactions and feedback
- Report on customer preferences and common questions
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with the public face-to-face
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt
