We are seeking a dynamic Event Sales Assistant to join our team in organising and executing various events. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of events and delivering exceptional experiences to attendees.
Duties:
- Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff
- Set up event spaces including decorations, seating arrangements, and equipment
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival
- Provide on-site support during events
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with post-event clean-up and evaluation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
