Due to our continued success an exciting opportunity has arisen for a trainee estate agent to join our busy and exciting Estate Agency office.
The Job
- Lettings / Sales / Administrator / Estate Agent
- 13k-30k per annum
- Monday to Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm and alternate Saturday 10am - 2pm
- Car allowance (Full UK driving license ESSENTIAL)
The Role
- Manage the day to day running of the branch for sales & lettings
- Setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
- Selling, Letting & Listing properties
- Answering incoming calls, uploading properties online to market, liaising with landlords and tenants.
- Administrative roles - answering emails and phone calls and filing certificates and reports.
- Organise and take photography and floor-plans for new properties
- Booking in Inventories for both check-in and check-outs of tenancies.
- Collecting referencing documents for prospective applicants and setting up tenancy agreements
