Well established agent requires a Sales Negotiator to support a busy and successful office. A full driving licence is necessary: mileage allowance is provided. A willingness to work Saturdays is also required.
This appointment is a career opportunity in an industry that embraces technology and more importantly requires empathy with the sale and purchase process combined with a friendly yet assertive manner.
Role includes, property viewings, pre-marketing preparation to include photography etc, mailing register management and other office related tasks. Training will be provided.
Remuneration comprising a basic salary plus performance payments.

Hours on offer:- 5 days a week which includes some Saturdays. Office hours:- 9:00 - 18:00 weekdays & 9:00 - 16:00 Saturdays.
