This role sits in the People Analytics & Systems Team within the People Division. The post-holder will support the team by providing a high-level transactional service to managers and employees ensuring staff are paid in an accurate and timely manner and that Trust records are fully maintained. The post-holder will also support individuals and managers who may have queries regarding using our people systems (ESR and HealthRoster).
The post-holder will be expected to liaise with all teams across the People Operations Directorate, managers, finance and payroll to ensure changes to our people's employment details (for example change in hours, change in post, leavers etc) are dealt with in line with Trust policy and in a timely manner in order to ensure payments to our people are accurate and on time. You will also be responsible for ensure these changes are recorded appropriately on our system (ESR).
In addition to this you will support our people to apply for salary sacrifice benefits, maternity benefits and car parking permits.
You will also be responsible for responding to queries regarding how our people and managers use our HR systems (ESR) and our rostering system (HealthRoster), which are directed to us through a number of email in-boxes. The team also issue smartcards and manage the smartcard workflow.
