We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Associate to join their fast-paced and growing team based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement, with full training provided from day one.
About the Role:
As a Marketing & Sales Associate, you will be working in face-to-face promotional sales, representing recognised clients and introducing their products and services to new customers. You’ll be using marketing materials to raise brand awareness and generate new business across various residential and retail settings—where people live, shop, and work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Representing clients directly to customers through in-person marketing and promotional campaigns
- Engaging with members of the public, answering questions, and presenting products or services in a confident and professional manner
- Achieving daily and weekly sales targets
- Using tailored marketing materials and strategies to generate interest and drive sales
- Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with potential customers
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet campaign objectives
This is a results-driven role, well-suited to individuals who are motivated by performance-based earnings and are looking to develop their skills in a commercial environment.
