*Electrical operations supervisor*

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our electrical team and ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of electrical schematics, logic controllers, and project management. This role requires a proactive approach to managing projects, maintaining equipment, and supervising staff to achieve operational excellence.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a small team of electricians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices.
- Composing quotations and communicating with clients.
- Ordering materials and dealing with suppliers.
- Assistance with Managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Oversee project management tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Work well as a team!
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex electrical systems.
- Experience in supervising teams in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in electrical systems.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field are preferred.
