We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Glasgow. In this pivotal role, you will oversee electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering high-quality results that align with our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installations and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet client expectations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the electrical team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Develop and interpret electrical schematics for various projects.
- Troubleshoot issues related to programmable logic controllers and other electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control across all electrical work.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and compliance.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
