We have an exciting opportunity within the Medicine Directorate for an Elective and Diagnostic Booking Officer , based at Frimley Park Hospital .

This is a busy and varied role, requiring exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, and confidence working to tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
You will be working within our Pacing Team , where your role will be key to supporting the smooth running of patient bookings and ensuring a high standard of service is maintained at all times.
The post holder will be responsible for booking appointments across all Trust sites. They will have an active role in the implementation, as well as ongoing monitoring of both new and existing appointments systems. The post holder will assist with meeting Trust targets. The post holder will be required to offer very high customer service skills for patients and both internal and external staff.
