What You'll Do:
- Set up and manage tuition programmes for schools and Local Authorities.
- Match tutors to students based on individual needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for families, tutors, and school/LA staff.
- Deliver tutor induction sessions to support onboarding and prepare tutors for their roles.
- Share lesson feedback, monitor student progress, and report on impact.
- Attend tutor interviews and liaise with the recruitment team to fill roles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the day.
- Attend regular stakeholder meetings and share updates on student progress.
- Refer any safeguarding concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Communicates confidently, empathetically, and professionally.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Manages competing priorities with composure and flexibility.
- Solves problems quickly and effectively.
- Is proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
- Has a strong interest in education and a commitment to safeguarding.
- Has experience working with schools, families, or Local Authorities.
- Can commit to working in-office 4 days a week, with 1 day from home.
- Has a commitment to safeguarding children and young people.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with children who have SEND, SEMH, or EHCPs.
- Knowledge of the UK education system.
- A background in teaching or coordination.
- Experience using tracking systems or CRMs.
