We’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant Little Saints Nursery team. Set within 17 acres of beautiful countryside, our purpose-built nursery offers the ideal setting for children to grow through outdoor play, creativity, and nurturing care.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll work as part of a supportive and friendly team to provide high-quality, inclusive care for children aged 6 weeks to 4 years. Your role will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning opportunities
- Supporting children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
- Building strong, nurturing relationships with families
- Creating a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
- Collaborating with Room Leaders and management to maintain high standards
You’ll Need:
- A minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (DfE-approved)
- Knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- An understanding of Keeping Children Safe in Education (Sept 2022)
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A warm, kind approach and a strong team ethic
Working Hours:
Our nursery is open from 7:45am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (closed during Christmas week). The ideal candidate will work up to 40 hours/week between 7:30am and 6:15pm. Specific hours can be discussed during the recruitment process.
