We're looking for a DSP Media Manager to join our team in London as part of our Client Services function. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage large, complex clients independently and lead day to day client engagement around e-commerce media performance and strategy. We are looking for someone who has proven programmatic experience creating, monitoring, and tracking campaigns on the Amazon DSP (for both display and video).
The DSP Media Manager will act as a partner for our clients and consult with them around investment levels, product assortment and media backing while highlighting opportunities onsite for the client and helping to rectify any potential issues that may arise. You will drive the client calls and monitor campaign activity against approved budgets.
The ultimate goal for this role is to provide best in class service while helping to grow our clients’ business and promote the value and philosophies Flywheel brings. As a more senior member of the media team, you will be mentoring our Media Specialists to support their growth and development. You will be reporting into one of our Senior Media Managers or Media Directors.
What You Will Do:
- Lead daily client engagements, including bi-weekly calls, and drive strategic planning and execution.
- Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and budgets.
- Advise clients on best-in-class strategy, product optimizations, and best practices to maximize performance.
- Oversee audience targeting, bid management, and promotional calendars across all advertising platforms.
- Deliver regular reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights and clear communication of results on an ongoing basis
- Create, test, measure, and analyze customer shopping and purchasing behaviour to inform campaign improvements and drive business outcomes.
- Mentor and support Specialists to foster their professional growth and development.
- Monitor budget pacing and campaign performance, providing recommendations and resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal media and e-commerce teams to identify new opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends, translating insights into tailored client recommendations.
- Articulate Flywheel’s value proposition to clients
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years’ experience in programmatic advertising across multiple DSPs and biddable platforms
- You have a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, especially Amazon DSP
- You possess highly analytical with advanced Excel skills
- You are a strong communicator (written and verbal), and are able to present and pitch decks to a variety of audiences
- You are collaborative, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- You are a creative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- You are detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills; adept at managing multiple accounts and tight deadlines.

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call. Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role.
