Key Deliverables:

Develop our Media agencies and clients to generate revenue through proactive selling ensuring they think of Canopy and our publishers/partners as key investment partners.

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and expanding relationships by continuously proposing solutions to meet their objectives.

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics .

Use Canopy technologies ‘Dynamics’ and ‘Sales Force’ correctly.

Adhere to all KPI processes.

Attend publisher/partner meetings for key team responsibilities such as leads.

Be part an active part of our sales team.

Understand the advertising world and how our publishers and channels fit into this.

Be great with numbers and use our data to make informed targeting decisions.

Free thinking around generating new leads and categories.

Deliver top-of-class client service.

Requirements:

2 years experience Media sales

A can-do attitude with the skills to quickly action clients’ needs

Able to demonstrate account and project management skills

Must be a self-starter who thrives whilst working in a face-paced environment, and learns quickly

Strong prioritisation skills, juggling multiple challenges and campaigns at any given time

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A confident individual and efficient at every turn is critical for the success in this position

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
