This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £13 to £15 per hour. Your role will be pivotal in empowering our Clients to live independently, and we offer a competitive package to reflect your skills and commitment.
Shifts:
7am - 14:30pm
15:00pm -22:00pm

Your Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to Clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Support Clients with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, offering guidance, structure, and reassurance
- Help Clients take medication and manage their care plans
- Encourage independence and assist with mobility
- Support access to community activities and social engagement
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Respect and uphold Clients’ rights, choices, and safety
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
- Attend meetings and training as required
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required – just a caring and empathetic attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
