Coram UK was established in 1957 as an extension of its Dutch parent to support the bathroom industry. As a group we serve markets in the UK and across Europe. We are looking for an individual to work within a busy fast-paced environment to provide administrative support within our warehouse and dispatch operation.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-disciplined and adaptable. You will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and work well under pressure.
There is an element of picking and packing in this role. Previous administrative experience is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for processing paperwork for orders and shipments.
- Ensuring that orders are processed for picking in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all orders dispatched daily are completed as dispatched in the ERP system.
- Work closely with Production, Supply Chain and Sales on current stock and requirements.
- Handle routine emails and telephone enquiries.
- Assist with the logistics of managing outbound stock, booking transport with Logistics Suppliers
- Pick and Pack Customer orders when required
- Conduct stock checks and process stock adjustments.
- Participate and/or carry out other activities as deemed necessary by department head.
Qualification & Experience
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Dispatch/Logistics experience.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment an advantage.
