Location: Edinburgh (We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, and our hybrid model requires colleagues to be in the office a minimum of 40% of their time)
Salary: A competitive salary from £30,400 - £38,000 depending on the experience you can bring

As a Digital Content Consultant, you’ll be part of our Brand team (Brand and Marketing Operations). You’ll be responsible for briefing, planning, creating, and measuring content in its different forms. You’ll also provide the resources, tools, and support to make sure that all brand collateral, brand touchpoints and marketing content meets our brand and tone of voice standards.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Own editorial calendar planning working closely with the Brand Engagement Manager, providing recommendations based on analytics, market context, search demand and our customer’s needs.
  • Lead day to day content production – from creation through to distribution –including campaign content and email newsletters and brand communications that increase our digital visibility and engagement. Both writing and editing content will be required.
  • Brand management support across our multiple brands, maintaining the guidelines, advising internal stakeholders and making sure department output is on-brand and high quality.
  • Working with our Digital Optimisation team on the ongoing oversight of content metrics and performance of our digital communications, apply insights and develop test and learn framework to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support with social media campaigns and activity to bring to life our brand and engage our audiences – building our channels and engagement.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver against key responsibilities and objectives.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • Excellent digital copy writer, ability to research, write and edit good quality content for B2B and B2C for articles, web pages, social media and marketing collateral
  • Good knowledge of social media best practice and channel optimisation and development
  • Experience in the interpretation of data for content and brand measurement
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, working in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management
  • Excellent knowledge of brand management and hands on brand or digital marketing experience
  • Experience within a financial services environment is preferred though not essential
