About the Role
Our Community Hub is a welcoming and supportive environment dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with complex needs. We pride ourselves on offering compassionate, person-centred care and meaningful day-to-day experiences.
We are currently seeking a Lead Instructor to join our dedicated team. This hands-on role involves supporting clients during the day, supervising a team of staff, planning daily activities, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is kind and compassionate with excellent communication and organisation skills.
What you’ll do
- Lead and motivate a team of support staff in delivering person-centred care
- Develop and implement activity programmes tailored to individual needs.
- Support individuals with personal care (where required) and day-to-day tasks
- Monitor and record outcomes, ensuring health and safety and safeguarding protocols are followed
- Communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider team
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Worker with a strong background in adult social care. The ideal candidate will be confident leading a team, committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support, and must hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. A willingness to motivate and support other members of staff is essential, along with flexibility and a “can do” attitude to get stuck in where needed.

Important Information
Our location is not on a public transport route. Please note that to be considered for this role, you must have a full UK driving licence as you will be required to transport individuals to and from activities.
You will also hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
