Pay: £11.65 – £12.33 per hour
Expected Hours: 18 – 36 per week

Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your duties will include:
- Assisting residents with daily personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting mobility and physical activities
- Encouraging social interaction and engagement
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with meals and refreshments
- Monitoring and recording residents’ well-being
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care

Available Positions:
- 1 Full-time Night Carer (immediate start)
- 1 Full-time Day Carer (immediate start)
- Bank (Temporary) Care Assistants – flexible shifts available
Shift Patterns:
- 12-hour shifts
- 8-hour shifts
- Night shifts
- Weekend availability required
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a care role (preferred)
- Language: Fluent English (required)
- Work Authorisation: Must be eligible to work in the UK
