As a Customer Service Representative at Foremost Pro Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing phone and email support regarding our cleaning products and services. This position is essential in helping us achieve our mission of delivering profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide information about products and services, helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.
- Assist with order processing and data entry to ensure accurate records.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Maintain a professional demeanour with excellent phone etiquette during all interactions.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
