Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will posses communication skills and a passion for helping others, to make the orders pack and send them thandle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records and information.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Analyse customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Assist multilingual customers by providing support in both English and Spanish when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are preferred, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers.
