We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team – someone who is approachable, proactive, and genuinely enjoys supporting others. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome, clear communication, and the best possible service from start to finish.

- Assisting customers with queries in a professional, friendly manner

- Managing phone, email, and in-person enquiries with confidence
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Spotting opportunities to improve our customer journey
