£24,000 to £26,000 basic salary – OTE £35,000-£45,000

Your Job
Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a sales specialist to work in our contact centre in the Ancoats area of Manchester. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Roles & Responsibilities
Your role will be to deal with our clients in the following areas (please note there is no cold calling, we receive over 100 referrals per day)
· Dealing with inbound clients enquiring about our services, building a relationship of trust, and promoting our services.
· With your in-depth product knowledge, you’ll be matching our clients to the best service for them and closing with enthusiasm where appropriate on suitable products.
· Dealing with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
· Being a voice of the Simpler law Brand and maintaining our proud level of service.
