We are now seeking a Customer Servicer Advisor to join our small, friendly customer service team.

Position Summary

Your role as Customer Service Advisor is to provide support to customers internal and external. To help move repairs along quickly and efficiently. Through your daily contact with engineers you will build a relationship to ensure repairs from our clients are booked on and completed with precision and professionalism.

Essential Functions-Daily

Telephone inbound and outbound, answering queries and obtaining updates and information.

Emails – Inbound and outbound via our ticketing system, ensuring timely responses.

Working through workload gathering updates on repairs, and communicating these through job notes, emails and telephone calls, with clients, engineers and end user customer.

Reports – actioning reports to ensure jobs are completed in a precise and timely manner.

Position Requirements

Previous customer service experience in office environment is preferred.

Keen eye for detail.

Proactive problem solving skills and attitude.

Self motivated but also strong team player.

Confident on computer programs such as Excel and Word and telephones.

Hours 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4pm Friday.

Happy to work in a fast paced, busy team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,399.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
