Customer Service Advisor: Office Based
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take full ownership of the customers experience
- Provide a high standard of customer service to all customers
- Handle all incoming calls and emails
- Deal with customer queries and refer them to other departments if required
- Ensure orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
- Update customers on delivery and availability of stock
- Processing uplift, shortages, POD's, and any other queries
- Crediting and re-invoicing.
- Work with other departments i.e. supply chain, warehouse, external sales and technical to enhance the customer experience
- Providing quotations
- Processing orders and quotes on SAP
- Working with external carriers
- Offer alternatives and product knowledge
- Direct customers to distributors
JOB ROLE
Reporting to: Customer Service & QMS Manager
- This position would suit someone with an interest in customer service, adequate IT skills and good telephone manner
- Full training will be provided
REQUIREMENTS
- Good IT skills and a general idea of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with working with data
- Resilience under pressure.
- Passionate about delivering a good customer experience
- Patient and friendly personality/team player.
- Good time management
