Work Patterns That Work for You
Forget the mundane 9-5. Our flexible work patterns include options for early finishes and a hybrid model that respects your life outside of work.
Once you are fully competent within your role, you’ll be able to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. Your typical work pattern will be between 8.00am & 6.00pm, based on your preference, with only one evening every 3 weeks – normally until 8pm. You’ll also work one Saturday every 4 weeks and then you can take a day off during the week instead .
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- A passion for Customer service excellence.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Keenness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. No prior banking experience necessary; just a drive to make a positive impact and act as an Ambassador for Danske Bank.
