Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilise your strong communication and analytical skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of the financial services sector will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
- Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
- Analyse customer feedback and issues to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries and provide timely solutions.
- Educate customers about our products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and offerings to provide accurate information.
- Assist in training new team members as needed, sharing best practices for effective customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail for problem-solving.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
