Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest services, addressing any enquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
- Engage in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas throughout service.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated service times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar culinary environment is preferred but not essential.
- Barista experience helpful
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations is beneficial.
- Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being proactive in assisting guests.
