This role reports to the Restaurant & Bar Manager and Assistant General Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Restaurant & Bar Assistant, you will:
- Deliver a 5-star, personalised experience for all our guests
- Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the Restaurant and Bar areas
- Upsell food and beverages to maximise revenue
- Take food and drink orders, provide recommendations, and serve with flair
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to licensing laws, health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support a high standard of presentation and cleanliness at all times
- Contribute to staff briefings and team communications
- Engage in training and development opportunities as directed
ABOUT YOU
· Passionate about food, drink, and top-quality service
· Confident communicator with a customer-first attitude
· Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic team player
· Well-presented and professional under pressure
· Previous experience in fine dining or 5-star hospitality preferred
· Knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft cocktails desirable
· Training in food hygiene and allergens desirable
· Personal Licence Holder or willingness to obtain one

- This role is hourly paid and offers competitive, attractive rates

Schedule:
