This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience by working as a UK Service Customer Care Trainee. Druck is a global technology company that designs, develops, manufactures and services high quality, accurate and reliable pressure sensors, instruments and software. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) to our Groby, UK site. This will include communicating with customers and Channel Partners via email or phone to understand the reason for their return and the nature of service requested, then raising all required documentation in our ERP system. This role will be best suited for someone who is meticulously organized, comfortable balancing multiple tasks, and driven to continuously improve processes. You should be comfortable communicating with internal and external customers and making low level priority calls. As this is a trainee position, previous experience in a Customer Service or similar role is NOT required.

As a UK Service Customer Care Trainee for Druck, you will:
- Spend time shadowing in our manufacturing facility, service workshop, and ISO17025 calibration lab to understand how Druck products are made, repaired, and calibrated.
- Provide phone, email and web support to Sales, Service, Distributors, Dealers, Direct Customers and OEMs for information on warranty eligibility, quotations, turnaround times, and status of return authorizations.
- Provide phone, email and web support to resolve outstanding invoicing issues.
- Work in cooperation with team members from Sales, Inside Sales, Technical Support, and Service to help resolve issues and find improvements which increase ease of doing business and prevent those issues arising again.
- Enter and maintain Customer Master Data, plus execution of relevant security and export control checks.
- Ensure all transactions are compliant as per BH policies and Druck Export Control regulations.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be comfortable communicating directly with internal and external customers and making low level priority calls.
- Be able to plan and manage daily/weekly tasks efficiently.
- Be a team player and able to adapt to cover changes in workload or team capacity.
- Have user level computer literacy skills such as MS Office Applications and experience of working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge and experience preferred, but not essential).
- Have a continuous improvement mindset to improve processes and products.
- Be determined and motivated to drive great outcomes for customers.
- Have a basic understanding of pressure and electrical instrumentation (preferred).
- Have a high level of motivation and ability to work under pressure.
- Based within commutable distance to Groby, Leicester, UK.
- Proficient in spoken and written English (additional language skills desirable)
- This job is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days on site, flexible hours are available upon request (subject to Manager's discretion)
