Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, ensuring polite and professional phone etiquette.
- Utilise basic maths skills to process transactions accurately.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Assist multilingual customers by providing support in English and Spanish or other languages as needed.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customers receive timely assistance.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring products are well-displayed.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
