You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the world-class experience they expect CUPRA while collaborating with our dealership sales teams to drive enquiries, appointments, and build lasting relationships.

CUPRA Specialists represent the core of the CUPRA brand’s distribution strategy. They are the game changers and the key differentiators to offer our customers a unique and distinctive experience.

CUPRA Specialists in the Manchester City Garage will not be focussed on selling cars, but rather on accompanying any visitor or customer as they discover and experience the brand and its vehicles. They will instil passion and provide in-depth expertise, and where appropriate assist the customer in taking the next best step towards a purchase.

In a world moving towards digitalisation, this role is also responsible for connecting the online and offline worlds, personalising the experience for every customer.

  • Know the models, values and attitude of the CUPRA brand in depth, and be ready to share.
  • Present a suitable proposition for the visitor and explain how it meets their needs.
  • Accompany the visitor in getting to know the vehicle and any related technology.
  • Be prepared for any concerns or objections, listen closely, and handle them appropriately.
  • Recommend and facilitate appropriate next steps for prospective customers, e.g. visiting a CUPRA retailer for a test drive, part-exchange valuation etc.
  • Process enquiries through our digital journey and capture all interested customers details into the system.

  • PROMOTE AND STRENGTHEN THE CUPRA COMMUNITY
  • Build brand awareness, embodying and sharing the passion of the CUPRA style and values.

  • Excite, engage and educate all prospective and existing customers through dynamic communication and local events/initiatives.
  • Keep customers informed and excited by CUPRA brand and product news.
  • Exemplify the CUPRA Specialist role for the benefit of retailer staff who will visit the City Garage as part of their training and engagement.
  • Embrace the role of the City Garage as a hub of innovation and a test-bed for sales tools on behalf of the whole UK network.

  • CONTRIBUTE TO SALES VOLUME AND SALES EFFICIENCY
  • Actively manage customers through the purchase funnel, collecting data and facilitating follow-ups at an appropriate CUPRA retailer for conversations to continue.
  • Recognise/reward the loyalty of existing CUPRA customers who pass through, validating their choices and encouraging their repeat business.
