Job Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess a CSCS card. This role involves working on a range of projects such as strip out, internal demolition, waste clearance and removal. No experience required, but is desired.
Duties: Strip out of commercial building not limited to warehouses, factories, shops and offices - Dismantle internal fittings and structures - Assist with waste removal and clearance - Utilise hand tools and power tools as required
Skills: Proficient in the use of standard tools and machinery required for strip-out services - Hardworking and dependable - Positive attitude and willingness to travel as many jobs will be long-distance- Willingness to take on more responsibility - UK Drivers licence desired with potential to drive work vehicles - CSCS Card desirable
