Crow Wood Hotel and Spa Resort – Woodland Spa Reception & Spa Reservations Agent
Position: Full and Part-Time Vacancies Available (minimum 22.5 – 37.5 hours per week)

Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Spa Receptionists and Spa Reservations Agents. This dynamic role will involve both handling bookings in our Spa Reservations Office and warmly welcoming guests at Spa Reception. You will work a varied rota of shifts between Spa Reception and Spa Reservations, becoming an integral part of our team of 30 who enjoy this unique position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spa Reception Duties: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensure efficient operation of the reception area, handle guest bookings and queries, and maintain high standards of guest care.
- Spa Reservations Duties: Efficiently manage bookings via email and telephone, demonstrate excellent computer skills, coordinate guest requirements, and promote the various offerings of our Resort.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for guests, offering friendly and informative service, and ensure a positive first impression.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine, friendly telephone manner.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Reservation Agent is desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent administration skills, including proficiency in IT and accurate data processing.
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to work in a high demand role, managing your own productivity, working towards targets on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of Hotel or Spa Booking Systems (e.g., Premier Spa, Resdiary, Guestline) is a plus.
Working Hours: You will have a mixture of shifts, that are scheduled between 7am and 10.30pm, including full alternate weekends, as our facility operates seven days a week.
You will need to be able to commit to the shift times/days of the week (as these are non-negotiable within this role)
