Access Point have an exciting opportunity for a part time CREDIT CONTROLLER to join our friendly Finance Team, working 21 hours, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am-5pm.
Using technology to efficiently drive and navigate the Company’s debt management recovery procedures, you will manage a varied portfolio of customers from sole traders to high profile brands.
Our new Credit Controller will be organised, systematic, and tenacious in the chasing of outstanding money, reducing aged debt alongside applying their knowledge to manage and solve customer queries.
Day to day, you will contact customers by phone, or their preferred contact method, and use our accounts system, Business Central, to effectively maintain their accounts ensuring prompt payments in line with our SLA.
Good communication, fantastic IT skills (particularly Database and Excel) and the delivery of excellent customer service (both internally and externally) are the key to succeeding in this role. Whether you are an experienced Credit Controller or have been an Accounts Assistant with credit control responsibilities, we would like to hear from you.
