Role Overview
As a Creative Media Assistant, you'll work closely with our design team to create engaging visual content, assist in design production, as well as potentially organising our social media channels. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their creative career who is eager to grow, learn, and contribute to real projects.
We will consider candidates at all stages of their career, ultimately, as a forward thinking and progressive business we are keen to hear from anyone with a passion for content creation, animation and digital art and a desire to enhance their and our skillset.
Whilst the role is looking for social media management as well as creative assistance, if the right applicant is more applicable to game design (Unity and 3D modelling) and creative assistance, we’re willing to be accommodating.
Key Responsibilities
All Candidates:
- Assist in the creation of visual content for digital platforms using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Support with both static and motion graphics for clients.
- Contribute creatively to visual and gaming content
- Support in administrative or production tasks as needed.
Candidates interested in social media:
- Collaborate on social media content planning, scheduling, and showcasing the capabilities of Willow as a brand (Subject to candidate)
- Research trends in design and social media to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Candidates interested in game development:
- Assist the Games Development team in building and designing games.
- Unity proficiency
- 3D modelling proficiency
Requirements (where applicable)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and digital design principles.
- Interest or experience in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- A strong visual eye and attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team.
- A keen attitude and a passion for creativity and digital culture.
- A good understanding of 3D Modelling applications
- An understanding of Unity
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
- Basic photography or videography skills.
- Portfolio or examples of previous creative work (please include links if available).
