Counterbalance Fork Lift Driver – Demolition Project – Bristol
Connect Grp UK Ltd are working on behalf of our client, a reputable demolition company based in Bristol, to recruit a skilled Contract Counterbalance Fork Lift Driver. This temporary assignment offers an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers to contribute to an ongoing demolition project. The role requires immediate availability and a proven background in operating counterbalance forklifts within demanding environments. Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a construction or demolition environment.
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence or certification.
- Experience working within demolition sites or similar industrial settings.
- Good attention to safety procedures and health & safety compliance.
- Availability for a 1-2 week contract with immediate start preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift to safely move materials around the demolition site.
- Loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper stacking and storage.
- Assisting with site organisation and ensuring safety standards are maintained.
- Following site-specific health and safety protocols at all times.
- Reporting any safety issues or equipment malfunctions to site management promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 weeks
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
