Hours Required Approx 15-20 hours per week evenings and weekend. Must be able to work all day Saturday.
Additional hours for covering other shifts in the event of staff sickness/holiday may be required on an add hoc basis

Your duties will include:
- Customer service, talking to customers on the phone, taking orders politely and thanking customers
- Till operation inputting orders accurately
- Packing & serving food, checking each order is fulfilled quickly and accurately
- Upselling condiments and side orders to increase trade
- Opening and closing duties carried out (e.g. replenish packaging materials, check salt and vinegar etc)
- Cleaning duties carried out to very high standard as per cleaning list and when requested by manager
- Clean and presentable at all times in line with food hygiene standards
- The company will provide you induction training and it is mandatory to make sure you have read and fully understand the health and safety, food hygiene and various advisory. Anything you don’t understand you must ask the manager
- Punctuality and arrival a few minutes early if you need to get changed in order to start shift on time
- Attend various training sessions, some are legal requirements
