Pharmacy counter assistant - permanent position.
Customer Service experience mandatory.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Pharmacy counter assistant to join our small team. As a Pharmacy counter Assistant you will learn to be the first point of contact for our customers, who are from every walk of life, and whether they need healthcare advice, or their prescription dispensing, we will train you to provide the excellent customer service that we offer. We are one of the best independent pharmacies in East Sussex & Kent and We actively participate to offer services in the community such as this year we have been involved with Covid vaccination programme.
Duties to include:
You will be supported in learning how to deal with customer queries be it over-the counter product related or be it prescription related.
You will also be trained to order over the counter products and print shelf labels and manage and rotate stock levels
We will also train you to understand about patient confidentiality and data protection which are especially important when dealing with operational queries with GP’s
Patient care is at the heart of all of our training, and so this role is quite a responsibility!

Ensure patients receive a friendly, attentive service
Assist with the day to day running of the pharmacy
Ensure the smooth running of the medicines including managing stock levels, ordering and receiving stock
