Job Title: Coordination and Safeguarding Team Navigator

At Let’s Talk Well, we reach hundreds of children and young people every year as well as offering support and advice to parents/carers and training for professionals. We work to ensure that every young person has easy, prompt, independent access to appropriate support according to their needs.

We are looking for a Coordination and Safeguarding Navigator to join our dedicated team and contribute to the effective delivery of Let’s Talk Well Services. You will support with various administrative tasks including the process and navigation of referrals through the appropriate channels ensuring children, young people, parents/carers and professionals can access the support they need. This includes handling external referrals from counsellors to relevant external agencies.

In this role you will support the Safeguarding team by assisting with the processes relating to Let’s Talk Well safeguarding policies and procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Allocations Team to ensure referrals are appropriately assigned to Let’s Talk Well Counsellors.

The Coordination and Safeguarding Navigator will demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively via telephone, in person and by email.

Place of Work:

Let’s Talk Well, Vantage Point Business Village, Mitcheldean, GL17 0DD. You may also be required to attend Let’s Talk Well meetings and training related to the post at various locations across Gloucestershire as required. You will not be required to work outside the UK.

Terms: Permanent subject to a satisfactory 6-month probation period and funding.

Post: 22.5 hours per week over a minimum of three days.

Rate of Pay: Grade A £25,252.50 - £26,676.00 per annum, pro rata for part-time employees. Salary dependent on experience.
