Location: Waterman Cookery School, Belfast
Position: Part-Time / Full-Time (flexible availability, including evenings and weekends)

Waterman Cookery School is looking for a motivated, organised, and food-loving individual to join our team as a Cookery School Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support chefs during cookery classes, demonstrations, and events
- Set up workstations and ingredients before classes
- Assist students with equipment, ingredients, and instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas
- Wash and organise equipment and utensils
- Help with stock management and deliveries
- Provide warm, professional customer service to class participants
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in food, cooking, and hospitality
- Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual, and highly organised
- Flexible schedule—including evenings and weekends
- Previous kitchen experience is essential
- Basic food hygiene
