Overview
We’re looking for a bold and creative Content & Studio Executive to shape the voice of 23 Paul Street across Instagram, X, and beyond. You’ll direct shoots, produce stand out content, and build a network of photographers and models - all while keeping our community engaged and our brand playful, mischievous, and unmistakably luxurious.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end pipeline of content creation for 23 Paul Street across Instagram and X.
- Build and manage a network of photographers/videographers through outreach, relationship management, and quarterly open days.
- Direct shoots in-venue to ensure alignment with brand tone and gaps in our content library.
- Edit, produce, and post content (CapCut, composite collages, short-form video).
- Manage community interaction, reviews, and external comms.
- Stay current on LLM-driven SEO practices and apply them to our site and search visibility.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CapCut and similar short form editing tools.
- Portfolio of reels, collages, and short videos with a strong sense of aesthetic.
- Confidence directing shoots (knowing when to step in and when to let creatives run).
- Social media management experience on IG and X, ideally in a nightlife, fashion, or hospitality-adjacent space.
- Comfortable DM’ing and networking with creatives to build partnerships.
- Strong organisational skills – able to manage diaries, access, and usage of the venue.
- Understanding of SEO basics and willingness to dive into LLM SEO.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £36,000.00 per year
