What we’re looking for?

  • Promoting contact lenses in store & providing customers with detailed and accurate advice
  • Making them aware of the different types of lenses available and their advantages
  • Helping patients to understand how to use and care for their contact lenses
  • Encourage growth in the contact lens business through attracting new customers whilst managing retention of the existing database
  • Manage contact lens operations and maximise business performance by creating a vision of success, analysing management reports and the day-to-day running of the contact lens department effectively
  • Using your knowledge to provide customers with the most up to date information around pricing and offers
  • Work with the wider clinical and retail teams to maintain focus on delivering the best service to our customers, providing all suitable patients with a contact lens recommendation
