We now have a rare opportunity for an experienced training professional to join our team as our Contact Centre Training Lead.
What will I do as a Contact Centre Training Lead?
This role will support the Contact Centre management team by delivering high quality, classroom based training to our new recruits and our existing teams. This will include:
- Providing customer focused and systems training to new recruits, ensuring they receive the best onboarding experience.
- Delivering high quality product, process and soft skills training across our sales and customer service teams
- Providing effective coaching to support the classroom based training curriculum.
- Carrying out regular assessments of learning during and post course.
- Update and flex course content to meet business and customer needs.
- Provide managers with timely training KPI information.
- Being an ambassador for our brand and role modelling our Company CARE values.
What shifts will I work as Contact Centre Training Lead?
You'll work an average of 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.

How much will I be paid as Contact Centre Training Lead?
£32,000 per annum

What skills and experience will the successful applicant have?
- Good quality experience in training delivery within a contact centre environment (or similar) is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with specific experience in sales training delivery.
- Great communication skills and the ability to deliver classroom based training to a high standard.
- The ability to understand complex product and system features and present them in a manner which others understand.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet business needs.
- A professional training qualification is preferred (e.g. CITP) but is not essential.
