  • Source quotes and raise works orders for remedial actions following statutory testing and risk assessments in collaboration with property managers to ensure works meet budget allowance.
  • Manage and monitor of the Compliance inbox.

Fire Door Safety Management

  • Lead the annual instruction, review, and remediation of communal fire doors.
  • Instruct the inspection and reports for flat front doors, passing through to the Property Managers and follow up.

  • ️ Risk Assessment Action Management
  • Track and manage risk assessment actions in partnership with the Building Safety Team and High Rise Building Team.
  • Oversight and reporting of the documentation required for the ‘golden thread’ to support the High Rise Building Team.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Property Team to ensure risks are resolved swiftly and effectively.

Essential Skills:

  • Solid grasp of statutory compliance in residential property management.
  • Hands-on experience with compliance platforms, assets and event tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and risk assessment procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator across teams and stakeholders.
  • The ability to meet pre agreed KPIs.
