The role at Josh’s Care Company:
Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour.
Hours: 36 hour contract working days, waking nights and alternate weekends.
Location: S43, Clowne, Chesterfield.
Contract: Permanent
Times: Day shift times: 7am - 7pm, Night shift times: 7pm - 7am

About the role:
- As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional specialised care to a vibrant young man with autism, learning difficulties and epilepsy.
- This individual lives with his family and requires round-the-clock care, including personal care, he has a tracheostomy so will require tracheostomy care, moving and handling and support and assistance with learning difficulties.
- Our dedicated team comprises two skilled carers who are always on-site to provide support and care. We are seeking highly motivated professionals who possess a caring demeanour, excellent communication skills, and previous care experience, with knowledge of complex care being an added advantage. A positive attitude and friendly nature are essential attributes for this role, as you will be providing meaningful support and encouragement to enhance our client's quality of life.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

- A current DBS if possible (Paper or Update Service)
- A drivers licence (preferred but not essential)
