We are currently recruiting…  

A passionate and experienced Team Manager to lead one of our busy front-line Community Social Work Teams within Adult Social Care at Lancashire County Council.

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a commitment to person-centred practice, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, dynamic service that supports people to live independently and achieve their goals.

In this role, you will lead and support a front-line community social work team, managing urgent referrals, allocating resources, and overseeing complex casework. You’ll provide direct line management, drive performance and budget oversight, lead team meetings, and work collaboratively with partners to embed person-centred, strengths-based practice and operational change.
